A proud lifelong resident of the Roxbury area, Scott chose to establish Fullerton Grounds Maintenance (FGM) there in 1993.

FGM offers an expansive scope of landscape enhancement services to provide its residential, corporate and commercial clients with a “one stop shop” experience, ensuring all work is carried out in a seamless and timely manner.
The company’s mission is to deliver unparalleled services, both in attention and scope, and to provide a highly personalized customer service experience.
How did you (personally) get into this line of work?
On paper, Scott’s professional career spans 30+ years, but his experience began in childhood. What started as a way to earn pocket money from neighbors grew into a passion that led to horticultural study at Penn State University and the inception of FGM.
Why did you choose Roxbury? What makes Roxbury a great place to do business?
As a lifelong resident of this area, Scott chose to establish his business in Roxbury in order to give back to a community that has given so much to him and his family. Roxbury is unique in its exceptionally strong support of youth programs. Scott benefitted tremendously from its superior education and sports-based initiatives, as did his children. It is incredibly important to him to support a community dedicated to these ideals.
What would you say to prospective business owners out there contemplating coming to Roxbury?
